Here is a purse that has been altered to save an otherwise lost cause. A castle purse with one good side has been saved, and redone with a gorgeous vintage (but very strong) turquoise iridescent silk back and lining. As you can see, the silk restores it nicely and gives the beadwork new life, can even be used! The beaded sky area is missing some beads, but it's the colorful castle image that steals the show. Vintage cording with tassels used for drawstring. Measures 7 by 9 1/4 inches.
